The staff was very friendly and the knowledge professional. Why do I rate it with 2 stars well their price policy for private customers is awful. If you compare their products they are easily 2.5 times the price of other shops. Sorry I can understand that you maintain buildings and staff but this is over the top.

Had a broken spring on my garage door and a small metal bracket was also broken. Engineer suggested to replace both springs as both 10yrs old, no issue with that. Total cost 717 Euro !!! Given that springs probably cost less than 100 Euro each Maximum and the small metal bracket is probably 20 Euro and it took less than 1hr. I would imagine the hourly rate on a Saturday is somewhere around 300 to 400 Euro per hour. As I did not get a detailed bill on the day only a total shown to me on a calculator, let’s see. So I only got the bill weeks after with very high prices for everything, springs, travel costs to come to my house. I called the company but they were not interested to hear my complaint, I suspect this is business as usual for this company. Very disappointing, I really felt that they took the maximum possible and therefore I would recommend to avoid this company.

Excellent service!! L'entreprise Koch à Hollerich (serrurerie)) a déja effectué plusieurs travaux pour moi et à chaque fois j'étais très satisfaite. C'est une entreprise sérieuse et le service après vente est incomparable.
Service après vente , Patron rotzfrech !!! Net ze rekommandeieren !! Problem bis haut net geleist , wat de Patron net interesseiert !!!
