A good Domino's outlet in terms of location & ambience. But very poor in customer service. The staff here should learn service ethics from their counterparts at the MG road branch. They have zero knowledge in dealing with customers in a cordial way. Definitely avoid this one.
Sad and gloomy place. People do not know how to smile. Zero customer experience. They treat you as you have visited there for donation. Pizza quality is as usual good. Choose if only online delivery available.
Didn't like the mentality of service team. Was hesitant to help since I reached during their cleaning time (3:30 pm afternoon!). I had to request a lot to get a pizza, that too via app. (since they can't take order in person during cleaning time.!) Wonder who will let them know that rules are meant for order & and customer satisfaction not for the sake of blindly following. I gave one star extra rating coz atleast one among the team there was willing to tell me about the online ordering option.
The experience was satisfactory, as it took a little while from my order to be processed- it was a bit rush. The pizza was prepared right infront of me, so it was time passing. The pizza was fresh and yummy. Thank you guys
The offers are only in papers. You order one pizza and get one offer, then end up paying 1000 for this chunk food. However going for kids sake.
Please be sure if the place is having rush If then better to avoid and go somewhere else as you don't want to wait for 40 -60 minutes for your food
