Good experience fast process i think reception and A section is TCS staff ,B and C is govt staff you can see the attitude difference overall good experience great initiative..by govt faarfaar faaar better and good than old rude passport office .keep in mind that uhave to keep all the original documents and one photo copy

Everything is smart and quick. But person in Section C showed much attitude and was not willing to explain clearly what was lacking in the application. Customer service is a really big part of your job Sir/Madam.

The service of the staffs there are impressive. The way they handle the situations are quite appreciated. They are costomer friendly and do all the necessary things without any delay. And the passport are available within a short span of time too.

Excellent service. Applied for passport (Normal). Got the passport delivered on the 3rd day morning. The TCS system is really excellent. I never expected the service at this speed from a government office. The TCS employees in the counters were really helpful. Photostat service is available outside the office. So no need to worry if we forget to take the Xerox of some document. They will print the documents sent via email also. Mobile phones can be carried inside. If you are carrying laptop, you need to inform the security. Car parking is available outside the office. You will be able to find a slot to fit the car. Beware of the no parking board in one area. MVD officers are roaming around the area. I saw them taking pictures of the cars parked near to the no-parking board. Day 1 - Passport Appointment Day 2 - Police Verification Day 3 - Passport delivered to home

Excellent timely fast service. Neat and clean. Make sure that you have all the photocopies of ID proofs including passport if renewal and other docs for a fast processing. It just took 10 minutes altogether for me. All staffs including govt. Officials are very keen to help.
