Good service but they think no value for time, not keeping proper appointment time, only allowed to go inside after 35 minutes. Outside no waiting room or any facility.

Worst service. Our Govt. Offices are far better than this. They don't give any value of your time. And You may need to visit twice or thrice for medical test.

As any offices in Qatar, QVC functions in Kochi. This is the only firm I saw, which has well planned process, every one goes here are well treated, informed about the process going inside. The staff here are all with a smile and ready to help you all time. Had the best experiences here. Photography is not allowed, so could not post the ambience and beauty of it. But you will feel the same here, what you have seen on photos on the brochure. Car parking is available here and entry for disabled is also there.

The center is maintained in a hygienic and clean condition. All staff at the center religiously follow the social distancing norms, especially in the prevailing Covid times. The staff from security at the gate, the reception, billing and verification, the testing and nursing staff, the para medics and Doctors and last but not the least the Center head, behave and interact in a extremely polite and professional way. Kudos to all the staff at Center for treating everyone with respect and handling all queries patiently.

Qvc centre is clean and ok but the think is there server is down today i asked others about the issues and they said the same things happened yasterday also why they are not the value of our time for me i have to come all the way around 367km (u/d) Qvc you're such a big company you shou solve all the issues faster

Staffs are friendly and treat with respect and Courtesy. Still lot of clarity required on actions as mostly candidates are suffering due to inefficient schedule and appointment. Its very sad that 90%of the candidates are rescheduled for a retake of either medical and fingerprints thats affecting the smooth experience.

First of all initial experience was neat and good. Later they told me to make a revisit QVC for a re-take of X-ray (i don't know whether the staff is qualified professional- is there any issue for Xray, should inform at that time and its very difficult since i have total travel distance of 7 hour). The center is maintained in a hygienic and clean condition. All staff at the center religiously follow the social distancing norms. Unfortunately A lot of people have to wait outside the QVC One that makes me very sad. There is no restroom in outside. Some staffs thinking our time does not seem valuable (biometric process were a swift process, but further medical took more than 5 hour). So try improve the service quality further - Need to avoid revisit and rescheduling ( Heard that many candidate experienced the same Xray retake issue )
