Not very pleasant experience at the reception. However once I lived to first floor for the application it was better.

Very disappointed at the service of the lady sitting at the Reception counter at the entrance of RPO Ernakulam, a typical Govt Clerk. As regards the service at PSK Thrippinuthura, TCS has been doing a great job. Very hard to belive that we get such level of service at our Govt offices. But as we reach the last counters we immediately realize that those are not manned by TCS, but by our specimen Govt stuff. Why dont they entrust those tasks too with the TCS professionals!
