I came here for US visa renewal for my mother (Drop off service). You can drop off the documents on behalf of your parents or kids. The office is in first floor of Coastal Chambers building. Once you enter the office, you need to sign ur name and time and they will give you a token number. Only one person is allowed to enter inside the room and the other people should sit/stand outside. There is no bench or chairs available for visitors to sit and so it’s better not to bring young kids or senior citizens. The process of reviewing the papers will take only 15-20 mins, but depending on the token # it will take to an hr or more to call ur number and get the process done. There are three counters inside the room. There is a photo and photostat studio opposite to this office just in case if you need it. No food / phone etc are allowed inside the room. Overall the experience was good.

Well organised place. Avoid going the next day after a holiday. Bags and mobile phones not allowed inside. Normally takes 20 mins to process one application.
