It is in the road side but difficult to find it out as their display board is very small. Go inside the arcade and ask security. That is the better option. It is in the first floor. Staffs are very friendly and fast. You have to switch off your phone and need to attend a security scan. They have good parking space.

Had a very nice experience. Plenty of parking make sure to have a copy of the appointment for the security . There is a refundable deposit for parking. Opposite to vfs there is also a shop for taking photo and printouts. The vfs staff was very helpful and curtious.

This VFS office is inside Costal Chambers building (First floor). I visited the office for my US visa Dropbox appointment. They have a systematic process inline, it hardly took 10 mins for submitting the documents and I received my stamped passport in 5 days. You could take print outs within the office, however am not sure how much they charge for it.

It was my first time at Cochin VFS. I must say that the staff there could not have been more kinder and supportive.I had an issue with my visa application letter twice, but the staff really helped to get my application done on the same day,otherwise I would have to make another appointment since it was almost the closing time.I really appreciate how they support the customers.
