When I placed my order I didn't realize how close they were to me. Both orders were here 2 days later. The first order I'm having issues with. Not sure if it's the hand pump or the cylinders but I can't get it to work at all. I've contacted customer support for help so hopefully it gets resolved quickly. I'll change my rating after I hear back from customer support. [edit] Heard back from CS. They sent me instructions on how to test to see what the issue is and once done, offered to send me a new one and a shipping label to send the defective one back. All free of charge. Can't get any better than that!
