Oil changeRepair services
Always great service. I've bought 2 vehicles here and their service department is the only ones that do my maintenance and repairs if needed.

I took my Pontiac Grand Prix to this location to have rusty fuel lines replaced, bushings replaced, and a stablizer bar replaced. They also did an oil change. It was all reasonably priced, which I was thankful for!! The only reason I cannot give 5-stars is because one of my wheel bearings is now making a huge noise and the mechanic who test drove it after all the repairs said it sounded normal. Otherwise, I'm happy my car no longer leaks.
Would have been a 5 but John cannot be trusted with personal information. When caught in the act, John was in denial, trying to save his hide, especially from me. Mitch Koehne, however, is 100% trustworthy and the consummate professional. Update: I asked the service writer for the price on an alternator. He stated that it wasn't his job. I called the service writers of three other Chevy dealerships; each had identical price quotes for me in less than a minute, each. Subsequent update: I was told that this "Certified, pre-owned vehicle" had three free months of On-Star ready to go -- all I had to do was press the button and activate it. When I went to do this, On-Star told me that the dealer failed to wipe out the previous owners' information and it could not be activated. Four stars went to one star for being deceitful and untrustworthy, as well as the remaining star lost for laziness and complacency of their service department. Defending the guilty and deflecting doesn't cut it. I am looking forward to the ensuing cover-up. The bottom line: ZERO STARS (Mitch, sadly, is no longer with the company.). I will not make the mistake of doing anything with this business, regardless of their location, even of it would be completely free. I would recommend that any person who doesn't like to waste money would be wise to go elsewhere.
I drove up from out of town on a Saturday to take a closer look at a vehicle I had seen on their website. After the initial walk around and inspection of the vehicle, I was happy with what I saw and ending up talking to Chad about taking it for a test drive. No problems there as he got the keys and dealer plate and I was set to go. Everything on the drive went well and I was ready to talk over the purchasing price with Chad. We went back to his desk and while he looked up the current price on his computer, I filled out some contact information. Being a Saturday and the bank was already closed, I told him that I would come back either Monday night or as soon as they opened Tuesday morning because I would be paying for the entire car at once and needed a final price after all applicable fees. He told me that would not be a problem and the car would be held. Monday morning I got a call from Chad to confirm when I would be coming up for the car and that he would also text me the final price of the car. True to his word I got the text shortly after. About 4 hours later I got another text from Chad telling me that the car was already sold and he did not know. He also apologized and said it was his fault for not checking. If this was the case, why was the car not marked as sold and why I even allowed to test drive it? You also mean to tell me that this would not have been noticed if it was sold or not when he looked up the price on his computer after the test drive? Whether this was a problem with inventory management software or a negligent employee, I will never consider doing business with Koehne Chevrolet.
They're Fast with check-in and check-out. All business. I don't like businesses that carry on conversations (just to pass the day with acquaintances) unrelated to purposes.that waist my time.
The service department is very accommodating. Glad they are staying in Oconto.
Everyone here was welcoming and let me know if there was something more to be looked at with my car.
Never ever purchase from here like I did. ( the marinette location) What a huge mistake. I've been asking to talk to the owner sense I purchased my car and the staff refuses to connect me to the owner or to have owner contact me. I have had no answers from staff, very uninformed about the product they added to my vehicle, still trying to get answers from SEPTEMBER!!!! General manager is NOT productive getting me answers or calling me back. He finally called me after months of emails and calls just to tell me he'd look into replacing my cruise control for others had complaints with the same install but needed to look at pictures on how it would work for my car. He said he'd call me the next day....that didnt happen, nor the next, or the next. I had to call HIM and leave a message...still was days later and he left me a message stating he still needs to look at pictures of the blue tooth cruise control and the guy that installs them is on vacation...so...its now Dec. 29th and STILL no answers...I purchased my vehicle in Sept. And let them know the very next day the cruise that was installed is a hazard...they obviously don't care to work with their customers! I manage a store and happen to know about customer service. This by far is the worst experience I have ever had with a business and my one and only complaint in all my years. I would think the owner would want to know what's going in their own business. This is just crazy!!
