Came for a casual dinner with my partner as we were driving past in the area. Entrees came nice and early however my mains did not arrive past an hour. Out of courtesy Went to ask the bistro waiters what was the ETA of the steaks. Was told the kitchen staff had lost the dockets. They compensated by jotting down our order again and cook right away. They also offered a free soft drink. No presence of a manager. Not good enough response by Management and staff. 1 hour and half for 2 medium rare steaks. Mistakes happen that’s life but no real sense of resolving an issue from staff.

Kogarah clubhouse is a cool new venue for nights out. They have been renovated last year and have a really good vibe. They have ample covered parking if you are member( which you join to become a member you get the cost back in credit which makes it free. So worth while for parking in a place like kogarah) Their fare is pretty much alright , run of the mill pub fare but made quite well. The ambience and seating is quite nice food service is great (order in from St Blake's kitchen) but alcohol service is slow and not flexible ( like if you have a request that's not off their menu they seem to struggle to make it for you and tell you they will charge you by the ingredient making it very expensive.

Great service, friendly staff, great meal, reasonable price. I came with a friend who was bit impatient but the staff handled it really well with friendly attitude. What also liked by me was the great chef. My friend wanted the steak with penny instead of chips, which is a strange request. The chef listened, without giving any strange look or judgement , just nicely told us he can do it. The meal was tasty.
I am a new member. My experience of recently becoming a member was very friendly and helpful. The club is very modern and I look forward to being social there.

Membership is very affordable and the food was great, staff were very nice. Have been back a few times since and really enjoy The Kograrh Clubhouse. So glad that empty space was put to great use!
