I recently visited on 2 separate occasions for scans. The office is clean and quiet and both my appointments started on time. The staff was really polite and professional. Dr. Adam Gardiner was amazing. He was so gentle and kept checking to make sure I was comfortable and then took time to explain results at the end and answer all my questions. Very soft spoken and patient. I'm not sure about the other reviews but I had a very positive experience and wouldn't hesitate to go back or recommend KWI to others.

I accompanied my wife to get our 1st baby boy scanned at her last trimester. We booked this place with the hope to get 3D scan. Before booking, we were told that there is a possibility of not getting 3D image. During the scan, it was a quick 20 mins scan. The sonographer did not even try to get one. She said this place is a diagnostic imaging and not a 3D/4D specialist. If they were just a diagnostic imaging, why would charge 1.6 times more than the standard bulk billing for a normal 2D scan? In our experience, the service they provide is exactly identical to other bulk billing scanning provider (no 3D). Yes - we would be happy if we get the 3D but for a 2D scan, should not it be much cheaper? We should pay what we receive, isn't it?

One of the worst experiences of my life! I was rushed in to have a scan as something was wrong during my Dr apt and the sonographer was rude and very short with me during my scan. I was told to “just lay back!”. I was obviously panicked and frightened and instead of having compassion and some sort of understanding she acted completely rude! I ended up miscarrying where there was no “I’m sorry” or anything! She simply said “well I think we know what’s going on here no need to continue”, and left me alone in the dark room to sob uncontrollably. The staff are miserable, cold, rude people who should not be working with expectant mothers! Absolutely DISGUSTING!!! If I could give 0 stars, I gladly would!!!

The scan was really quick, it only took around 20mins and I felt like she was in a hurry even if we were there on time and we felt like she didn't take the time to do a proper scan. The lady wasn't so interested in getting a nicer image for my bub's 3D. The other tech who did my morphology scan was kind and patient and asked me to walk around so my bub can move into a different position (I also received all the images of the scan on my mobile) but the recent one who assisted me didn't mind and just wanted to finish the scan (only sent me 3 images as well). My husband and I were really disappointed and thought we should've gone to the "more affordable" imaging centre. I chose them because for the price - I thought it would be worth it but NO. I wouldn't recommend this place. :(

Being a first time mother, I was very excited to know that i can see my baby in 3D bt my scan was too quick with just one blur 3D weird picture.. and other 2D picture was also not clear... I would have better gone to Dr.Glen and patner as earlier who were very polite to patient, and make things clear unless u understand. I am regretting soo much as it was my last scan.. I would not recommend it at all..

Not recommending this place at all..not worth the money..should have reviewed the review before going..Go to any place other than this. worse experience i ever had, rubbish totally rubbish place.

Not worth the money..many bulk billed places are better than this imaging. Never going back again.
