I underwent ACL surgery. Was in hospital for 3 nights. Facilities are great. My overall experience from admission till discharge was very good. Surgery was successful and I am recovering very quickly. Nurses, housekeeping staff on the floor was very helpful, hardworking and attentive. Everyone was happily helping even after being called repetitively for help.

Last year I was admitted three times in kohinoor hospital. My experience from admission to discharge was very good. Nursing staff & house keeping staff is very cooperative. Only one thing I was not satisfied is to contact account department on call. In this Covid situation nobody will happy to visit hospital for getting information about their security deposit refund cheque is ready or not. So improvements in this section is required.

Most horrible experience anyone can ever face. Covid patients are not being allowed to go home even afrr the Dr approves discharge. Staff is useless. Good for nothing. They don't even bother to answer calls. Just keep blaming each other. Patients themselves have to do their discharge process with iv on hand. Never ever recommend this hospital for any patient. Go to any other hospital but never take admission here. This is my personal experience.

My father got discharge on 21st December 2020. I am following up for my refund of security deposit since last two months on phone as well as email. Whoever pics up the call tells accounts team is not picking up the call will check and confirm. But then no call back. Also no replies to my email. I am in need of money and that's why am following up regularly which always goes into disappointment. Hope this post would help me as I donot wish to travel due to Covid situation and hope support from your side.

Located in Kohinoor city near Kurla...old premier company address.. treatment from doctor, nursing staff and administrative department is quite good. But bit expensive treatment and lathargic account department are cons.
