I was traveling through the area with a van full of show dogs on our way home from Florida when my van started having issues. It was 4:30 and I called 3 other shops in this area that would not help me. I called this shop and not only were they willing to help me they actually stayed after hours to fix my van and get me back on the road and charged me normal rates for parts and service. I highly recommend this auto shop. It's rare in these times you find this kind of customer service and fair and honest prices. I am forever grateful for the wonderful employees at this shop.

I had called with an issue of not having headlights working and even tho they were extremely busy they said to come by. I had called two other places saying I need headlights to drive at night and they couldn't get me in for a week. Burns auto cares about their customers

I've called a few times for some quick repairs and they've been super helpful. Construction going on around my house and I ended up with a 4-6 inch nail in my tire. Then, oil light came on. They're generally pretty busy when I drive by. I called after opening and had a bay open for me in the afternoon. Customer service was great and came with great value. Appreciated their work and accommodations.
