ATHCO Engineering A/S is located in Kolding, Denmark on Fabriksvej 12-14. ATHCO Engineering A/S is rated 3 out of 5 in the category mechanical or industrial engineering in Denmark. ATHCO Engineering is frontrunner within the design and specialized manufacturing of thermo plates (pillow plates) and customized process equipment to be used in thermal processes. The plates are used in our own heat exchangers, which have gradually become the standard with many clients in the process industry. Due to our particular expertise with regard to thermo plates, ATHCO Engineering is also a subcontractor to other manufacturing companies who are using our specially designed plates for tanks, heat exchangers etc. Our team of engineers develop also other sorts of process equipment according to the specifications of the customer. Examples of such equipment include process tanks, pressure vessels and so on. We have a modern production facility where certified welders, technicians and engineers manufacture products and customer adapted solutions. Furthermore, the production unit acts as a subcontractor to offer solutions that have been constructed and specified by other suppliers. ATHCO Engineering has approximately 60 employees. HEAT EXCHANGER PRODUCTS: ProcessTherm: heat recovery from dust loaded air (fx from spray dryer). Flue Gas Condenser: recovery from biomass power and waste incarnation plants. Therm-X: self-cleaning heat exchanger for heavily contaminated water. Top Condenser: condensation of organic vapors in distillation columns. TP-HEX: compact pressurized heat exchanger. ThermFlex: large pressurized heat exchanger for the (Petro) chemical industry (fx as Feed & Effluent exchanger). ACO Engineering (Denmark) and THP Engineering (Germany/China) worked very close together for several years to introduce the thermo plate exchangers to the Chinese market. Therefore, we decided to join forces as ATHCO Engineering in 2016. The Asian-Europe cooperation within ATHCO has focus on the development and sales of large-scale heat exchangers (up to 2500 m²) and reactor technology based on thermo plate technology for the chemical and petrochemical industry.
