Such friendly and polite behaviour by every one including the doctors, councillors and the support staffs are hardly seen in hospitals now. Very neat and clean hospital. Keep it up Antara. Best place in and around Kolkata. There is not much publicity about this hospital. But it is really good. You can come here if any one has any psychological related problem.

My 72yr old mother was asked to bath on her own. (She has serious mental disorders & considering her age is not fit to be left alone in the bathroom.) The very next day one care taker asked her to take bath on her own, and went away. In the meantime mum fell down and broke her hip bone. We were asked to discharge her the soonest. The doctor never answered our calls when we needed her guidance, and were hesitant to provide us with an ambulance which they promised before. My mother might never walk again. She is bedridden and right now suffering from bed sore. We have given up faith. Right now mum is dealing with her mental disorder, depression, a broken leg and a very painful bedsore.

The behaviour of the staff memebers was very polite, homely and co-operative. Never felt like a hospital named business centre. Special mention of presence of mostly women employees at the frontline which is truely praiseworthy.

Security guards don't know how to behave with a lady. They use abuses languages to my mother. My aunt is admitted in this hospital. We visited here for the first time. They ask 1 lakh or any political connection to visit in hospital.
