My appointment for USG lower abdomen through CGHS on 10.02.2021 at 4.30pm though the appointment on 15.02.2021.I reached the bangur diagonestic centre within time. But till 6.00pm the doctor has not been reached within time till that time although the booked time has been booked yesterday from the clinic. After that I have to come home without the test. Then at around 7.00 pm I have received the msg from that clinic that I was late and to contact doctor immediately. How dare the diagonestic centre this lying msg sent to any patient. Now the time to come protest this diagnostic centre to avoid this centre.

It's a neat and clean place which has been made for systematic with time. Apart from dentistry they provide all facilities here. Parking is a little problem if one is in self drive as there are very limited parking on the road. Many are not aware but they have a lift provision as well which is not visible at the main entrance.

I had visited the place after the lockdown. Doctors of different specialties are available. All the precautions were being followed, especially physical distancing and sanitization. There were enough seats for waiting. The staffs are cooperative. There is minimal waiting time. Appointment can be done over the phone. The appointment confirmation with details wil be sent via SMS.

Doctor was very good . His medicines worked very well . But ladies at reception can be more helpful . Other staff should be more serious . Overall good .

my wife visited this place to see Dr Sukanto . he was there on time .. that all was important for me . the clinic by its self do not serve much purpose . it's the Doctor's that is important for me . the wating room is clear and setting place is there.
