All variants are not available in all time, so customers have to wait for their choices. Staff behaviour is good but they need to explain more about their products. I feel that more sales staff is required to attend more customers properly. It's more than 45 days over but still I am not getting my new vehicle's number plate. I feel that overall process is slow of this showroom. I have got my first service and the service experience is good as of now.

Worst service. Every time after service with in a week I have faced issues. FI machine is fault from long time and have no proper technician to direct and sort out main problem Long time I have been facing issue with my fz 25. Engine stop at 2nd gear. Mutiple time visited but problem remains same. And with in a week after service, self motor stop working. I have changed two time the same. I never expected this.type of build quality and service from a reputed company.

Worst Possible Yamaha Service Yamaha lovers please go else where with your beloved 2vwheeler... This place is ruined by the rudest people in charge of it. Always they will tell you extra service which are absolutely not required..and always there is shortage of proper Parts which is an essential part of any good service centre The customer lounge is a ridiculous joke....the staircase to 1st floor is another joke here. Only good thing is the position of this place.

Be careful if u go to purchase any vehicle from AquadYamaha!!!! #worst_service_center Worst service experience from last 2.5 years.. #1st of all behaviour of the staffs are very rude and arrogant. #2nd most common parts are not available in service center #3rd if u want to claim insurance fr damages u hav to leave Ur bike at showroom fr more then 15-20 days..this is really harassment of coustomer. And always try to sell their parts even without need. So guys don't purchase any vehicle from #AquadYamaha.

totally business.bike service time taken long , when u give your bike for mobil change and washing service they give 5-6 hours. thats mean no body can wait 5-6 hours,so they are not doing well with your bike. some people says thay are also not change mobil but change taken . don't go here, go barrackpur matali yamaha best
