They are the best Authorised Service Centre for Maruti Suzuki Cars. Excellent Service. Prompt on Time Delivery. Courteous, Knowledgeable and Efficient Staffs. They use MGA Genuine Accessories and Parts. I have been using their service for past Five Years and they have never disappointed. They provide excellent advise and genuine service. Service engineer is polite and explained things clearly and properly after thorough checking and showing in details. Estimation matches expectation and servicing is very good with timely delivery. Only at reception, I have expected to have more enterprising interaction as I had to wait for nearly 20 mins before asking around to find someone to attend, but then my experiences are mostly from service centres in delhi.

I used to service my car in Bhandari Maheshtala and had tried other Maruti approved workshops near Bahala as well but my best Best experience so far has been with Autokraft. With them I can give them my car for servicing resting assured that everything will be taken care of with the utmost care and I won't be cheated. If they find something that's beyond their capability they wont touch it and will simply ask you to reach out the dealer... like in my case 2 years ago when I needed them to work on my car's steering which was producing some weird noise. They looked at the 'Airbag' symbol on the steering and asked me to take it to the dealer as they were not confident with airbag equipped car steerings. Highly Recommended.
