Looting people's money The entire team and the management lacks basic level of communication and can be seen acting completely clueless at the time of billing their customers. Before availing their services, I clearly told my requirements to the stylist. I was told that the basic hair fixtures can be done within the beard setting charges (200). It was a shock for me when they produced the bill, there was an additional 400 charges for 'haircut'. I tried to bring this under the notice of the management, guess what? They started justifying the charges "If you have availed the services, then you'll have to pay". No one has problem in paying for the availed services, only problem is why don't you tell it upfront? You go to a regular salon and get a complementary hair wash right? WRONG! AV Salon charges 150 for a 'Normal' wash and 300 for 'Special' (They'll just use an anti-dandruff shampoo) hair wash. In short, I went to AV Salon for beard setting and small hair fixture and ended up paying 900! The services are also not as per as a professional salon, it's just a normal salon with high priced billing. Will recommend to avoid this salon at any cost

Pathetic experience with this saloon, I took the service of threading which includes eyebrow, forehead and upper lips and they charged 220, my friend did beard trimming and shampoo and they told they will not charge for the hair trimming from the sides and by the end of the service they charged 1000 rs but he has been told by an employee of that salon that he will be charged only 500 for the whole service, they do not get customers so whoever they get they basically charge them unnecessarily, i will not recommend this saloon, please dont waste your money here.

Visited AV Salon on my short trip to Kolkata. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Sahil, my hairdresser, was very knowledgeable and passionate about his work. Wishing him all the best in his future undertakings.
Worst staff behavior don't want to listen,the staffs are there to cheat the clients by giving false commitment and make members.They have made me the member n now showing their actual color. The owner don't even bother that their clients are been cheated.I tried to contact him but every time he transfer his call to some of his assistant
It is the brand of 'Pravda' that attracted me, as I wanted to visit them. I have been to other spa like the thai, lavanya, coco, etc. This was my first visit to Pravda. Receptionist was good. Interiors & cleanliness was also ok. Average place with 4 spa rooms. Attitude of therapist was good and friendly , Not pushy. But found the massage pretty average. Expected more.
The service and staffs are very good and polite. Would love to visit again.
