A NEW SCAM strategy has been started in BBQ (rajarhat branch) : You will be asked to pay twice as they will show you that there was a error in the first payment. Without any doubt you will pay twice and they will guarantee you that not to worry they will return you the money . But they will not in our case we waited for 2 months and called Business manager and Accounts Manager but they never returned our money . Lastly they said to go to the bank as the money was refunded, we even contacted our bank for the same. But it was never returned. Till now we are facing this harassment for our own money. SO BE CAREFUL EVERYONE DON'T FALL ON THIS SCAM. *Its not about the money we lost its the SCAM that we raise concern for.

Barbeque Nation Restaurants typically offer customers at least five vegetarian and five non-vegetarian largely pre-cooked appetisers they can season and barbeque on a grill embedded in their table, an all-you-can-eat main course buffet and a selection of desserts. It's an unlimited starter plan - so you can eat all you want as far as starters go. Then you have a standard buffet for main course, followed by desserts. Their starters are the best, in my personal opinion. By downloading app I got 100 smile which is equivalent to 100 rs. For two person I bought happiness card which was for 1600 rs, but I got 100 rs of as I used 100 smile to do transaction. Also if you buy and use happiness card, you get 5% back as smile balance after using happiness card . Loved grilled chicken, mutton, biryani, kulfi.

It was an amazing experience. Good ambience. Great service and behaviour by each and every staff member. Total maintenance, taking care of hygiene of the customer and proper sanitization. It is in the second floor of CC2 just alongside the food court.

One of the best buffets one can ever have. The starters are awesome, a feast specially for Non-veg lovers though there are quite good veg items also. The desserts are mouth-watering. Good ambience, very good service and very good behaviour of all restaurant staff. Also they make you feel special in case you are visiting for lunch/dinner on your birthday/anniversary. Overall an experience worth cherishing. Must go for all food lovers.

Quality degraded. No variety of taste in starter, no quality in main course, only good thing is the desserts. one more thing, the staffs will come up to you every now and then for a little chitchat and repeatitive confirmation on the experience that one is having during his/her lunch/dinner. This thing I did not like much, especially when I went for some private time to enjoy the food with my better half.

This place make me suprise every time whenever I go there. After this covid situation this is the only place I can trust to go with. The service,the food & the quality are just the same as before the covid era. Additionally their sanitization process is at the highest level(sanitization has done of the table,chairs,sofas in front of our eyes). Everyone has proper protection kit (gloves,mask,shower cap) along with body temperature written on a batch. Their contactless menu & billing system is also a very good initiative. The most unique thing is that they provide an "IMMUNITY BOOSTER" drink to everyone which proves that the Barbeque nation authority take care of their customers very heartfully. Lastly it was a great experience at barbeque nation in this fearful situation. You should go there undoubtedly & enjoy the time with your family and friends. After your visit on the very next day you will get a call from their customer care executive who will ask you about the above mentioned sanitization protocol & take your feedback. It was a very very great experience for me with barbeque nation family.
