It's a small branch of Bhikharam Chandmal located on Lake town Jessore Road crossing opposite to a petrol pump. Stocks are fair. Namkeens, bhujiyas, sweets are amply available.

Very bad experience. I was waiting in the queue for the order and when my turn came they ignored my order and passed to someone else. When finally I gave the order, they made me wait very long and I asked for my order and no reply came. Then when I shouted at them then they told me to go wait for the bill otherwise they would not even tell me to go there. I don’t appreciate this behaviour.

Overall good. Nice and clean but no sanitisation process available at the gate. The workers to whom you need to ask for the sweets, then didn't use any gloves or sanitizing. Instead they serving bare handed which face not worthy from such a popular shop. But for the food quality they are extremely good. A ghee laddu will cost you 15 rupees but you won't regret after having it. One more thing they sell as 500 gm and 1 kg and so on. So if you are going to have 8 to 10 laddu they it will cost per piece, instead go for 500 gm or 1 kg. It will be much less. As an example yellow laddu cost 12/- each so if you get 8 piece it will cost you 96/- but if you go for 500gm, then that quantity you will get 12 laddu, but on other side these laddus are 180 rupees per kilo too. So in 500gm you will get 12 laddu but it will cost you only 90/-. So have them quite smartly and have more. Thank you, keep a thumb if you find it useful.
