Rude staffs... They asked me give a replacement... The replacement product was unsealed but over the phone they confirmed it to be sealed... When I asked why is it unsealed at the shop they said it was opened to check... Above all the product was had a manufacturing date was 3 years old... The lady mentioned IF YOU WANT TO TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT... Is that the way one speaks to customer...?

Very poor service..they are less bother about your device if it is under warranty..very irresponsible..suggest all of u to not to go this samsung service centre..suffered for 1 month & after one month they told me that parts is not available..will take more time..

Good behavior but the take money just to check your camera . And the amount they charge for that is very high. Customer service is good. They issue coupon to the customers and they give free tea/coffee. They have 3counters . Fully air-conditioning . It's in the fifth floor. They only accept cash though I don't know whether they have updated that now. Washroom is clean . They don't keep memory chip and battery with them , they only keep the camera . They work very systematically.
