Cathay is not professional. You have to wait for long hours to get even a update. Flight gets delayed again and again upto 3 hours and they don't care to inform u timely. Waited for long hours in not good lounges and airplane waiting for take off missing schedules. No reasons even. Good weather but even then delays. Not customer oriented and service friendly. Seriously don't fly with them. Staff and quality is appreciable though in all cases so it is just the management which needs a revamp.
