Very poor service. They pretend as they are very superior traveller but as time goes on you get the original face of their. This traveller sent a driver and a conductor those are 70 average age. Our car stuck in mud and after lot of effort from us and local people this bus not come out from mud. So we contact the traveller but they completely denied to help because they have no manpower. This kind of special support they provide. And the driver confesses that he join after 8 months and they sent him to a long route. So many mishaps (accident 2 times) happened in our journey to Gadiara.So I request all of you please don't choose this traveller because your picnic transformed to a panic.
The worst ever traveling experience we have faced with this Travel company. We have booked bus for picnic , they gave us E-1 like bus with no extra space. They offered us a driver who hasn't been driving for 8 months and hasn't any experience with out of Kolkata bus driving. For the driver we have faced lots of problems.
If you want harrasment in you journey, please go for this horrible traveller. One of the worst traveller in the city. They provide bus that is true, they take full payment before journey..but they give no support to you in emergency. They at first deal with a swag but the truth unfolds when you need their support..
Worst journey in my life, the bus made 3 accidents in just one trip, spoiled all the enjoyments.
