Really loved the dance fitness,s&c and boxing classes.Trainers are very professional.They don't pressure u to do exercises which u will find difficult to.do.They will suggest alternative easier versions of exercises if u find it difficult. Their online classes are also effective.One can try these out if they are not willing to attend classes at the centres. Place is hygienic and clean as well.Thank you cult. I will be attending classes as much as I can . All the best to u

Good place, trainers are really good ,not very expensive as offers are there all year and parking is also available for 2 and 4 wheelers , a fitness center not a gym but a good place to be there
