I had a very bad experience with this franchise. I bought a baffle filter chimney from this shop in April 2018 and did a AMC for one year. In august when the first servicing was done thechnician damaged the lock of the filter and they filters fell off from the hood the very next day. ThenThen another technician came and fixed the problem. But after the next servicing at the end of Nov the problem reocurred. They are now ignoring our calls.
