Please don't go for any products from this shop. I had ordered a bamboo shoot plant and a basket of dry fruits. Both the product as well as the packaging was extremely poor. They did not even make any effort to even tie a proper ribbon as was shown in the picture. In short, if you really don't want to look bad before people you send gifts to, don't send.

A good florists brand outlet with great customer service. You can get all sorts of flowers and bouquet here. The special thing about their services is that they remember your important dates and send reminders about it few days earlier so that you can plan the gift accordingly. The pricing is a bit on the higher side though.

Horrible experience had today for order 23716382. A wrong product delivered at wrong time, but company claims right product delivered at right time without actually delivering it !!!

Absolutely pathetic service! Kindly take a moment to read the ful review! It is the occasion of my father's bday and I gave in the order 3 days prior. Delivery guy delivered the wrong parcel in the morning and got the paper signed of receipt. Then in the afternoon he came back to exchange the box and after opening the new box I saw the cake is totally damaged. I refused to take it, in turn delivery guy Saroj told me he will ensure that the parcel is delivered by evening 6pm. I gave him a call at 6 pm and he said he is coming shortly. Till 8 pm neither he came nor even picked up the call. I called the shop which is at Lake Town and the shop keeper confirmed that the package will be delivered by 9 pm. No one came till 2130. Finally I received my parcel at 2132 and that too a part of it was again damaged. So kindly take strict action and before ordering from fnp think ten times as their service is really awful. Willfully and smartly spoilt my father's bday evening. Really disappointed.

Very bad experience. I ordered a bouquet of mix roses today and they delivered me a bouquet of stale red roses. I then complained in the customer care and they opened a ticket and closed it without any further action. They have ruined my special day for which I ordered and now I am all chasing them for refund.
