Flash fitness on Camac street has been my answer to fitness ... I was always looking for a great mix of dance with fitness and they have the most wonderful choice of classes. The trainers are great and very motivating and the staff is ever helpful. My kids also attend the martial arts classes and I feel that it has helped shape their personalities to become even more confident. Thank you flash I would recommend you to all looking to get fit in the most fun way I have ever experienced!!

Been there for 3 months..i found flash is very much organized, the best trainers they have..and most of the classes are too interesting...it works well on my weight management too...in a one word fall in love with flash... Good work Benny..
