Pathetic after sales service,i had bought a tata xenon yoga vehicle in 2018,the biggest mistake,don't ever buy anything from French motors,paper works of the vehicle being provided since two years.The sales representative don't even bother to pickup the call,specially the employee named vishwajit in sales team of commercial vehicle.

Worst experience ever!! Even after 7months of purchasing the car we haven't got the smart card yet. At the time of booking we paid them an excess amount of Rs. 10000.... We haven't got that money back also..once a week I call them and they ask me to call on a different number.i mailed them,but no reply till today..they r taking the matter so lightly as if there is nothing to do on this matter ! Innumberals calls have been made..no results . I can even name those salespersons with whom I had talk regarding this issue.. Mr. Puspak Mukherjee, Mr. TanMoy, Mr. Bimlesh, Mr. Rajib, Mr. Hussain, Mr. Soumyadeep and Mr. Saikat Bhattacharya (their incharge if I m not wrong) . They are just harassing us without any fault of ours . French motor is a big company .and this is how they treat their customers!!!! Challenge me if you can because I m telling not a single lie !!
