I have been sent this workshop by GoMechanic. After waiting 6 hours over there, they have not provided me any solution. And asked me to pay 500 without solving the issues. Its a pathetic experience. Never use GoMechanic and their services.

"Pathetic" in one word. If there were negative stars, I'd place 5 of them on GoMechanic. - Terrible driver behaviour for those who have opted for home drop and pick,provide misleading information to influence decision making - Have no sense of owning end to end workpackage - Lack of understanding of customer convinience - Negative responsibility sense of GoMechanic partner as they'll say they're sorry but not find a solution to a problem they've created - Lack of basic common sense in whole car mechanic business Instance - I had requested GoMechanic to fix my car's window, they couldn't and still delivered the car. ( No idea why) and then called me later to say "sorry" and that they'll send another mechanic to atleast seal the window. Extra topping - Driver who parked my car didn't have parking brakes on but on 1st gear. Now, again. Common sense challenge here, why would a private vehicle be parked on gear and not brakes? So, I go to check functions to start ignition and it bams on the parking walls. Story doesn't end. Driver manages to yell at me "common sense nahi hai apko! Gadi chalana nahi ata", I'm glad I didn't react to this. Glad. This is the same driver who told me fuel was on reserve when taking away the car for servicing. On checking if this was reality, found out fuel was 80% full.

The quality of service is excellent.. I went there to paint the rear bumper and rear door of my car which got scratches and dent. Dents were removed perfectly and colour matching was 100%. I was initially worried about the colour mismatch but it was perfectly done. Also, the cost was very reasonable. I would recommend this to everyone who are looking for car detailing or painting. Also, as an icing on the cake. They gave free wash and polish too..They provided free pickup and drop. Extremely satisfied.

Can not give negative rating as I dont have any option. I have done full body anti rust and dent paint booked from Gomechanic. First they told it will be completed by 10 days. But they were continuously delaying purposefully. I got my car after more than one month after escalation to Gomechanic. Now the quality of work, it is worst. They took my car twice but no fortune. My car lost its shine, dents are not removed perfectly. Few areas color just faded away. Dashboard is full of color stains. My car looked far better before the repaint even with the minor scratches. Along with that, first they told driver side door handle was broken. After too much argument and CCTV footage they agreed that the car handle was okay and they rectified. I have done standard service has well. They just killed my car. It started giving unwanted noise. When I asked for it they told they dont know and completely ignored. 2nd time they took my car polishing and damaged the steering. Also the shine did not appear even after the polishing. I was so frustrated I got my steering repaired from Hyundai service center with 6.5k and never tried to contact them. Still I need to spend money for the unwanted sound after the car starts. Pathetic experience for me. Never give your car to this workshop. They will damage your car and deliver. They will not take any responsibility if any damage happens.
