Whether it's a journey from Durgapur to Kolkata, or Siliguri to Kolkata, Greenline always stood for punctuality & comfort. Of late, I had travelled with them from Siliguri to Kolkata. They charge you for the bus fare, on the basis of the seat that you select. The frontal seats are the most costly ones. In the multi-axle bus, which I opted for, I was charged 1000 from Siliguri to Kolkata. The seats were super comfy, mobile charging ports are available & the seats have reclining facility, which is also known as semi-sleeper. TV was there, but it wasn't turned on, during the entire 12 hours journey. Greenline provides you with small packaged drinking water bottles. The drivers are extremely efficient and are adept at safe night driving. Recommended.

Loved them. I have travelled with them so many times. They gave you complimentary water bottles on every journey. Nice comfortable seats, nice cooling system and new cinemas on every journey will keep you engaged. Though they have steep fare but that is worth it. They reach their destination in a timely manner and will keep you comfortable throughout the journey. Their stuffs are also polite but you may face problems with their booking counters. There is also trouble booking tickets in this pandemic crisis. So, you should try to book your tickets online or earlier. And they try sanitize their buses everyday. But they do not chechk your temperature or see if you are wearing mask or not. So, their superior should look into that.

Compared to Shyamoli much better service quality, speed and timeline adherence. Always preferred. But very few morning departure from Kolkata ... needs to be addressed by the Company.
