'Grewal Corporation' is a marvelous car rental company. I am taking service more than five to six years. Grewal's dedication for his customers is marvelous. Hospitality and punctuality is marvelous. There Driver's are always running with safety and take care of customers. I trust upon them for my family members. I can say many things. I am thankful for their services.
I’ll start with what you need to keep in mind while booking : drivers will also you for extra money on the side, either directly or indirectly. My driver for eg. tried to charge me 300 Rs for absolutely nothing. The way out is to deal directly with the company instead of “via” the driver Coming to the biggest benefit: I’m tired of haggling with Uber / Ola drivers with regards to the destination and their rather dismal service here in Kolkata. Using Grewal ensured that there was minimal interaction with the driver with regards to the location, pickup etc. It also ensured I have a redressal method incase the driver decided to throw tantrums. I booked an innova crysta for an outstation trip & had very positive interactions with Gurpreet from the booking team, she was able to get the booking done and confirmed at short notice & with Deepika from the accounts team who was more than helpful in ensuring that I do not get fleeced by the driver for some imaginary amount. Overall, good experience with some important learning - ask for their top drivers get them to properly clean the car before pickup I will use their services again
Very good services. Grewal corporation has commitment value, regarding time maintenance, quality of vehicles provided, decency of drivers, and last of all i must mention the back office staff. They were very cooperative, guiding you of dos and dont's, particularly Deepika who is very respectful to elderly customer like me. God bless Grewal Corporation and it's associates for providing guality services.

Darn Cheats! Flouted basic rule of paying by kilometer or hours - whichever is higher. Kept car for 86 hours (which means customer has ability to use the car upto 860 kilometres). Used car for 480 kilometres and these cheats came asking for money for 80 kilometers because the car was booked mentioning one destination (and they calculated 400 km as the distance to travel to that location). As if people would go to one place and remain stationed there. Never book from these money-minded agencies like Grewal.
Fake and fraud Company after taking advance money no response at all. You will be bound to accept all of their behaviour and decision... No responsibility at all.. I strongly suggest DON'T BOOK ANY CAB WITH GREWAL CORPORATION KOLKATA.. IT IS A FRAUD COMPANY.
Worst experience ever. They're a bunch of frauds. They were supposed to send car at 10 am. They sent at 12 pm and didn't even refund the money even though we had to book Ola rental. Extremely rude and unprofessional behaviour.
