Battery is not giving desired milege. only 30-35 km running with full charge, which should be 65 km as per co's commitment. service center also harassing, they are telling to drop the scooty at least 1 day for checking battery, after that they will do something, which is very difficult for me to kept the vehicle for 1 day as I use it to go to my office.

At their workshop you can still get Mahindra two wheeler spare parts.....thats a too good thing for howrah people like us...cause about 2 years ago howrah mahindra two wheeler main dealer shutted down...

Ok i dint buy the electric scooter flash e5 from here but the service people are amazing ...especially the manager joy he is very polite and helpful unlike the other place at joka (be careful they did not sign my first servicing and i made a complain to hero corporate about the incident for liability f warranty).. even the mechanics here at mexx world r professional and put in the hard work to deal with problems (have glitch with my controller and loose wire connection to battery)..i would recommend all the hero electric customers to come here and get their scooty or bike fixed ...cheers to mexx world !

I have purchesd mojo form this dealer bit I have received the worst services from the workshop of Mexx Word, the technician working there have no knowledge about this bike. Anyone can buy any bike from this shop but thik about the service please.
