Really like the experience. It's a small place that provides a homely ambience and a perfect blend of quality and taste in all of their food items. We had ordered: 1. Dhakai Chicken Pakoda 2. Basanti Pulao 3. Dhakar Plain Pulao 4. Kalapatai Bhetki Patudi 5. Dhakai Mutton White Korma 6. Daber Shashe Gondhoraj Chingdi Relished each and every item especially the mutton korma (it was so soft...) and the chingdi (offers a unique taste taste of coconut malai and gondhoraj lebu...much different than regular dab chingdi). Would highly recommend this place to try out atleast once.

One of the most beautiful and authentic Bangladeshi food restaurant is situated by the nearby place of em Bypass patuli just beside the place of patuli police station and none other the name is Himur Heshel Thjs restaurant is specialised in various kinds of bangladeshi foods and some meat items too..!! They also have the bharta platter including rice,,alu , begun,,kumro ,, dim ,,chingri and dal..!! So here i have shared a bowl of plain rice itself...!!!

Tried one of their Bangladeshi mutton dishes and pulao. Both were excellent. Will definitely try the 'bhartas' in the near future.

Nice cosy place. Homely atmosphere. Mainly Bengali cuisine with unique recipe from both Bangladesh and India. Affordable pocket pinch. Overall a cool place to hang out if you are a Bengali foodie.

The restaurant has a gloomy ambiance with too much of yellow light(not warm). You can't even recognise the colour of food. They are showing offer on zomato but when you try to do payment the owner refuses to accept saying some lame reason. If you don't like the deal remove your name from zomato simple. The owner can leave some groups alone and talk to other customers who simply looked like were talking sweetly to get the food faster. I am no expert but the chicken tehari was blunt more like polao and certainly not worth the high price of 300 rs. The mutton peshwari was good.

For Sutapa mam your hardwork and consideration were very much appreciated.. Really too much delicious food.Coxbazar dal,Mezben Mutton Bhuna,Kalo Bhuna,Dhakai chicken plain Roast ,Gondhoraj Ghol all foods taste were awesome...We all enjoyed your delicious food sutapa mam.

One of the most authentic Bengali food we've had...and all thanks to the lady who cools with magic of taste in her hands, the main ingredient being, LOVE and WARMTH. Bhetki paturi, mutton, chingri malai, aloo posto, holud pulao....and the list is on... excellent taste and served with commitment. Kudos to you Himu...our taste buds tickle everytime we think of the food from Himur Heshel. God bless you
