I was given SebaMed shampoo sample which was very good and I bought 200 ml from your outlet, but regret the latter was simply opposite and in two use only it turned my normal hair to thorn. I am returning it back to you, kindly refund the money. If you cannot return back the money then I request you to kindly keep the same as a gift from me and use on yourself. In regards to the above complain I would like to Thank you that I have got the refund against another product, but you should also provide an option for Cash refund to get more customers in future. Initially it will feel like a loss but trust me it will be a game changer.
