Good road side eatery makes delicious dosa one can stop over for a quick South Indian luncht

This used to be my favourite haunt in my second job in the first decade of the millenium while my office was in this area. Good food at pocket-friendly prices! I used to love its pulao with the mint chutney, diced onions and the spicy, dry potato curry, and the chana tikia with the same chutney and a sweet one. To date, that's the best chana tikia I've had. My today's visit was after more than a decade. The place has improved and is looking cleaner. They have added a bit of space for dining in standing. I wanted to order chana tikia but like the past days, they had sold it out by seven o' clock. I ordered masala dosa. I liked the crisp dosa. The sambhar was decent and the chutney was thick and tasty. The filling was a bit bland but it went well with the sambhar-chutney and the garnishing of coriander leaves. And it cost just Rs 45! I wish to come back for my old favourites.

Excellent place for inexpensive food. You can have a complete meal within 50 bucks full stomach! Chola bhatura is delicious and different from the conventional ones. If you visit this place chole bhature is a must try. South Indian is also good. On the whole a good experience.
