Very very pathetic. Phone no given is wrong. Its 14 years old phone no. People are facing huge problem to contact branch officials. Google doenot verify contact no. given by any website. People are tech savy but behave illetrately. They dojot visit bank website to find contact details.

It's situated opposite to bulls strength gym... It has most updated banking tools at disposal... Officials are very professional and does their work in time... However I have only visited the branch for credit card related issues but other services are robust as well... As it's evident that one doesn't need to visit the branch as every banking operations can be done through their imobile app but in emergency cases also they provide good support...also their atm works fine....

Hi i have been along time customer with icici bank and with this branch- though the bank branch is very good with overall helpful people, beware of some of the bank staff especially people who try to sell icici prudential and icici mutual funds policies. The relationship manager post is a joke here, and they will buy your trust and would lure you to invest which presumably will benefit them, NOT the customer. I had been through the same trap and now i am incurring huge losses just because i trusted them. Keep away from them. AVOID THIS BRANCH AT ALL COSTS- being a private bank one would assume that the bank is very professional. But starting from the manager to the insurance staff to the relationship manager will exhibit heights of unprofessionalism and unethical- to be precise even SBI, UBI and HDFC are way more professional and polished.
