Good bank branch. The staff are quite good and polite. Bank location is perfect.

Don't open any a/c, FD, Loan in Nagerbazar branch , bcoz there behaviour is very bad for customers, Last day Mr. Romit Bhattacharyya (Customer relationship manager) told me go to hell , don't disturb me and go to other branch . He is harrasing me from last two month. So that I am going to Consumer court.

Most horrible branch. They make u wait for long time, but no work after that. Very unprofessional attitude. Not at all customer centric. Please do avoid to visit this branch.

Never believe on ICICI Bank. They don't send debit alert belo 5000 so without knowing customer they charges hidden charges. But no branch associates helped me on this. All are worst, behaving like unprofessional.

Its not the ICICI bank I have known for the last one and a half decade. For a pure ICICI feel, I recommend visiting saltlake branch. For better service, Dum Dum road branch in the near vicinity I would recommend for.
