Horrible experience. Doctors, nurses and Aya, all are highly arrogant and negligent. They do not assume a patient as a human being. This ward is a black spot on face of Bengal. Doctors are highly abusing, nurses are notorious. They use to shout at patient and their families. If this is truly meant to be a part of a hospital, then only god can save lives.
