I want to share my part of story by saying this that i am coming from a very small city of Dhanbad. Today i am working in a 5 Star Deluxe Novotel Hotel in F&B department. Being a girl its must to secure future and stand tall in todays corporate world. ISHM taught me all this and i am happy that i choose ISHM above all. Nirvik saha (Director, ISHM) took my interview and gave me task and said he'll Contact me after 2 days, i did the given tasks, it took exactly 2 days to complete and i wanted my work to be acknowledged as i have put so much effort and wasted my time on it but this man never contacted me and when i tried contacting, they kept on telling me sir is busy and can't talk u, like his time is more valuable than anyone elses time, this is called absolute lack of professionalism which was not expected from the director at least, if the director himself is not professional than the institute has some serious issues with professionalism. i would never recommend such institute neither for work nor for studies, they just harass their candidates and i believe they do the same with their students as well. Reply to the comment - if i this was the case then ISHM shouldn't have called me for the interview, u must have seen my CV it's clearly mentioned there that i have 1 year of experience only and even in the interview i went with my CV and still he asked me to do the task, it's the interviewer's call whether they want to select me or reject me but if he has said something he should have kept his words, he should have reached me or at least could respond to my calls, i called him for 14 days in a row and he never responded, he could have told me that I'm not fit for the position, giving false hope and words is never justified, i was harassed, it's a case of harassment. I wish could give the institute minus rating.

Fraud Institute of Aviation!! Avoid Falling into a Trap! I have passed out in 2019. The certificate consists of fake establishment. Please don't waste money in such scam. Reply to the Comment- Firstly Ishm differs from me, I appreciate it and reinforce the fact because I have the guts to reveal the truth with evidence, not erroneous promises and long sentences. 2ndly Ishm is such an institute that identify themselves as the best aviation and hospitality institute where the brochure gets printed with a different body and after admission the practical things gets totally repelled. Finally I can understand after revealing a hidden truth in an open forum can make anyone shattered and pulverized and forces them to cover it. It is not something new, it is a fact. So never mind, stay safe.. God Bless you Ishm had played with the career of our batch students from August 2018 to September 2019. Kindly don't play with the career of new students for money who is studying and in future will take admission! God Bless Them All
