Being a regular customer,had referred the number to someone who required medicine for an aged person.At times it becomes difficult to take order online without the prescription.But that doesn't allow your staff to shout back at a customer.Soft skill training is essential for your staff specially to handle crisis situation which all of us are going through.

Experience is not good. They denied to take a medicine return which was intact and just after one day. Most of the shops allow 15 days return. Go to LifeLine for better experience.

Very poor service....Staffs not trained at all & behaviour is very rough....Most importantly they don't even care to give Discounts to customers which other medicine shops in the vicinity or within 100 metres of this particular shop gives to customers....People residing in this area please try other medicine shops beside & opposite to this MEDICINE WORLD....I can assure that you won't be cheated ....PEOPLE ARE NOT AWARE HOW THIS SHOP CHEATS AS THEY DON'T COMPARE WITH OTHER NEARBY MEDICINE SHOPSI would have given a BIG ZERO as a RATING but there is no option.RATING OF 1 is much more than what MEDICINE WORLD deserves.
