This is the minimum rating possible. I bought a car from this particular showroom. The delivery experience was very bad. There was a complete fraud case that was done by the showroom. These guys were trying to fool us. These people took more money and gave us documents of lesser worth. The insurance amount charged from us was around 43k and we received documents of 36k then tak amount was taken 3000 more. While taking delivery nothing was ready , we did not get number tax was not paid insurance was done wrongly. I was also given an expired form 17 document All the documents were having the wrong name printed. All in all it was very pathetic experience. Hyundai should look into this.
