Clinic manager Mr. Arup informed me about doctor being late so I could replan and had minimum waiting time, my 4 year old grandchild had to get teeth filling done and Dr. Romila was too good, she worked as a friend to child

Had a great experience with Dr. Shubhasatta Indra and New Town Dental Clinic. Dr. Indra perfectly diagnosed the root cause of my chronic oral problem. He is awesome, and very friendly and also truly cared about his patients. I had a great experience with the New Town Dental Clinic. If I could give 5000 stars!!!

Thank you for all being so kind and making this a great experience. What a great experience. It’s not often you go to the dentist and absolutely nothing is uncomfortable. I felt no pain or discomfort during the procedure. Very good and humble doctor and still following up on call and watsspp for post take care PF tooth.

I had a chance to use the facilty at this Dental clininc. I was happy with the service provided by the clinic . Scaling of teeth and replacement of crown was performed by Dr. Anwesha Kar. I was impressed by the way she undertook the work and explained how to maintain the dental hygiene. The fees were also reasonable compared to other dental clinics in and around NewTown. I wish her all the best .

Went to Dr. Anwesha Kar at this Clinic for scaling and filling of my teeth. I was pleasantly surprised with the level of proficiency Dr. Anwesha Kar had shown while handling my sensitive teeth. Did not feel even the usual discomfort associated with the procedures of scaling and filling. Apart from the attending doctor, I must mention about the sanitization drive of the Clinic. I've witnessed that after each of the patient dealing, the rooms are thoroughly (a bit time consuming though) sanitised along with the deployed equipment (those which are not disposable). Of course, no one wants to visit a doctor, but unfortunately if I have to visit a dentist, I will visit Dr. Anwesha Kar.

Got cured. I had mild front tooth dental issue from my childhood, but for me, that was not a big problem until few days earlier. Few days earlier, I slipped down from staircase and then my front tooth broke down. I had to had a tooth crown immediately. Dr. Shubhasatta Indra helped me a lot. I am really happy with his behavior. I will definitely visit again.

Doctors and staff are really nice and well behaved. The cost for RCT and crowing is reasonable. Will definitely recommend especially if one is residing in New Town area.
