It has been Listened from some reviews that here people are facing lots of trouble and noncooperation, but believe me I have face totally good behaviour and cooperation. I went for paying road tax of son in law's personal car, smoothly have paid. There are some lack of my side but the person of the counter nicely deeled the matter and resolved all the issues nicely.

The behaviour of staff is not nice. Also some kind of scam is going on here. What you call them, "dalla". The whole rto is filled with cars of VIP motor training school, the people who fail are sometimes allowed to give driving test again on same day. The things are not organised here. No board outside Or inside the rooms for what they are used. It should have been better organised.

Very good place for applying driving licence & other work. Driving skill test done here. It is Saltlake Pvd office beside sector v metro station

Could have been better in terms of waiting time in the queue, at least take half day off if you are going for license test.

Great place to get driver's license. you have to wait in the lines for a long time for biometrics. 2 wheeler as well as 4 wheeler license is given. visit is a must if you like obtaining a licence.

I have been there on 24 Apr 2021 for my Learning license Test , Horrible experience because of there staff , staff was not good at all nobody will guide you. If you are applying online go to licence enquiry counter, and then come to photo clicking line and then they will send you for learning licence test

Good news for existing & aspiring licence holders of Salt Lake and adjoining areas of having a PVD in their vicinity ! Instead of plying all the way to Barasat or Barrackpore the licence holders can now renew online and submit hardcopies nearby to their residence.

Worst services ever to this RTO office. No rules and Deceplines are maintained here. This office is controlled by Barkers only. If someone comes here through Barkers then the the work will be done in 1 to 2 hrs bt if not then it will take whole day.
