An Indian Girl

Not at all well maintained. The cleaning staff overlooks the detailed cleaning especially in times of Covid. Hospital emergency patient toilets are being used by the gatekeepers when nobody from outside should be allowed to enter inside. The staffs are less disciplined and talk at high voice . Beds are not comfortable for the price you are paying. The patient has to go through bedsores due to lack of care.

The only hospital in KOLKATA where you will find 90% Bangladeshi patients. The worst part is their token System. Average wait time for a patient is approximately 3-4 hours. If you reach by morning 7 then too you need to wait in the reception for minimum 1 hour.

1) Kindly ensure that patients and family members are spoken to with respect. 2) There are people all over the place, maintaining no restrictions. Security guards are after shoo-ing patients who want to know about formalities. It it too much to expect a polite reply , especially in case or urgent admission? Awaiting reply. 3) Billing could have been expedited had girls wouldn’t be happily chatting away at 9am

They over charge, billed for same items used once multiple times, delay tests with excuses to up your billings and do not compensate. Upon we claiming the miss-charge, they ignore to rectify and claim, over charge as correct. This happened during my mothers treatment in Feb 2021. My trust and hope is alive for good doctors and hospitals but not with money milking ones like these.
