One of the fraud company in kolkata. Sushoban Kundu is basically fraud owner of this company. They dont have professional technician. They trained swiggy a d zomato guys a d send to customers resident . They dont know how to handle technical probkems. Company never attend customer call they dont have such infrsstructure. One of the cheating company in kolkata. Spent 5800 forAMC but no service at all. Owner thinks he is Mukesh Ambani like attitude.

It's a shame that Google doesn't allow to give zero star. It's a shame that this kind of company is in full swing operation in Kolkata. They charge heavily for AMC, but when time comes they do not provide any spare parts, even if they do, they are way below standard quality. Basically it's scam company. Stay away, stay safe.

The company deals with many products of household uses and also have the service centre too. They are capable of servicing the Indian top brands of water purifier (Pureit), chimney (Kuchina), and other products with highly qualified service personnel. One most interesting thing about them that they impart basic knowledge of the product to the customers to understand their products and thereby customer can protect against any fraudulent activities by other similar technicians in future. The charge depends on the products to be serviced.
