Very bad experience with them. Bought a vacuum robot around 50k via amazon from them. The robot had issue out of the box. I tried to contact them and they didn't reply for over a week. Amazon offered refund but I was a fool to have trust on Robot Company and refused refund. After one week they replied and picked up the robot after another 15 days. They kept it for another 15 days and said they will send replacement. I got replacement with different colour, old robot, torn package and missing important part(dustbin).. I wasted 1.5 months, 50k Rupees and peace of mind as I had to follow up with them multiple times to get response. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. I am planning to go legal to get my money back.
