It was raining heavily yesterday. An unknown voice called me: "dada please come and see our collection". We went upstairs and was amazed to see a shop on 1 st floor . Though we went to safe ourselves from rain , staff were so polite. They showed us their bags and file bag to us even though we told them that we won't purchase. But my wife got so excited that we ended buying 4 bags for puja gifting. Shopping experience was very nice. Very good atmosphere. I personally met owner Pawan da . He offered me home delivery of products since it was raining. He got my product delivered to kasba . Such a gem and kind hearted person. Must visit shop in new market for leather! Suddenly someone said "madam asun bag dekhun" and I ended up taking 6 bags yesterday for puja gifting. Staff are really very good. Rates are ok given the quality of leather! They gifted me a small aloe vera plant. It is so sweet. Really genuine shop. Must visit if in new market for any leather good. Almost same bag was very costly at a nearby shop.

my wife is fan of shantineketan bags. we accidentally went to this shop and found best shantibags which is not available in whole market. i got goat TC leather bags 1st time in kolkata at r tiwari. goat tc leather shanis are visibly different from other leather. genuine shop. bit costly but products were 100% genuine. chandan jhaa salesmen is good person too

R tiwari at new market is one of the best name in leather goods. They have belts ,jacket ,file bag and other leather items. Rate are lowest in market . Behaviour of staff is very good. They make customised jackets too. A shoppers paradise. Before buying any leather goods, check price with them. You will surely get a good price. Owner too was always ready to help me with selecting ladies bag for my sister. Bag shop is on 1 st floor. Belt is in ground floor. Can trust blindly.

If you are skepticle (like me) about the genuineness of the leather quality, you can trust these guys. They know their stuff. This place has nice collection of jackets, bags, belts at a very reasonable price. Will love to go back.

The collection of ladies bag is very beautiful. Price is reasonable . Few bags are very costly,out of my reach. Owner Mr Pawan is very genuine person , he educate mr regarding leather and it's care. A must visit shop in new market for any leather good. I ordered a customised leather court for my husband . Will update once ready. One star extra for politiness and hospitality. It was raining and their staff mr Somnath Das offered me tea.

I've visited frequently and all the stuffs are superb and location is the heart of the Esplanade. I've checked few of the products and all look genuine and good quality. I'm using a luggage bag for a very long time without any problem.
