Service center is good, respond also good but, front desk customer manager need more polite while speaking with customer or addressing customer. Seat are ok but, steel chair is good for shorter time but, not for long time. Because you are asking to customer for stay available for 2 to 3 hours service. And seating in the steel chair for two hours not comfortable. However overall 4 star for entire service and operation. Also MAP address should be modified with current place.

NEVER SEARCH ON GOOGLE FOR SAMSUNG SERVICE. DONT BELEIVE THE NUMBERS. THEY ARE ALL HOAX ! Collect the true SAMSUNG Service number from dealer/showroom. I called for Samsung service through Google in May 2019 for my fridge. The fridge stopped working again in two weeks. Contacted SAMSUNG Service through Dealer. Now someone comes from "original" service center. Who claimed the previous service people to be absolutely HOAX. But he also saw my fridge for three days, and my fridge was declared irreparable by the company service after 7 years use only. And now, the company itself has washed off its hands. So, beware.
