This is located just opposite to Gangotri Sweets Saltlake. The exterior looks nice. Ambience : the interiors have been done nicely,like the blue colour and beautifully done art on the walls. The seating is ample and you can go in if you've got time and not just go for a quick bite because the dishes are exquisite and take some time. Food : Chicken teriyaki : Spinach rice : Black beans squid : Octopus : Veg Hakka noodles : Lime water : Ginger lime water : Fried ice cream : The price was fine according to the quality they provided. The bill was approximately around 3k,seafood generally is expensive. Also if you're a veg,do not go there because there's hardly 4-5 options for you and you'll have trouble choosing. Service : the waiters were okay, polite but found them to be confused and rest everything was fine. Overall,nice place for a good seafood meal.

Santa's Fantasea is quite a famous property in Salt Lake for their famous Bengali cuisines and also their amazing and exotic range of seafood. So, prior to noboborsho, we visited this place to try some of the signature dishes that are the best sellers and definitely, there isn't any doubt about how are they the best. Coming to the ambiance they have rural and typical tribal touch in the discourse and wall arts. It resembles to that of a tribal hut which some underwater oceanic graphics. Why did we try here? Bamboo Biryani: bamboo Biryani is something that they are highly famous for in which the biryani is cooked in the process of slow cooking inside the bamboo shoot along with all the spices herbs and the meat as well. This gives a mild smokey taste to the biryani and elevates the flavour. Banshpora Chicken: well as bamboo biryani hits the show hens how can banshpora chicken be out of the list? Chunks flavourful chicken marinated in spices and herbs slowly cooked inside the bamboo shoot giving it a smoky yet a rich texture is how is banshpora chicken is actually served to you. And how can it be possible that you visit a Bengali cuisine restaurant and you don't try their fish items? Well, mustard chilli mackerel was an amazing dish that we tried out where the fish was cooked in the authentic bengali way in mustard and other spices. Mackerel is a bit of a meaty fish that needs to be cooked really well in the low flame before serving. Enjoy the mild, buttery Octopus with a dash of garlic punch. The subtle taste of the gravy goes perfectly with the strong seafood flavour of the octopus. The texture seems to be a bit rubbery and also, soft. And it's a divine & wholesome meal for all the seafood lovers. Drop at this place for an amazing and wholesome experience with your favourite dishes with an exotic twist.

The sea food menu ranges from Mackerel, Tuna, King Fish, Horse Mackerel, Prawns, Lobster, Pompret, Boneless fish, Crabs, Squids and Octopus. They are also serving a Tribal Cuisine from where Bansa Pora Chiken and Patra Pora (mutton keema) is a must try one. The most exceptional food is available here. Different tribal food from different states like Odisha, Mizoram, Nagaland, Mangalore, Meghalaya, Andhra Pradesh and many other places which shows the range of the menu they serve. Ambience: The restaurant is decorated in tribal and oceanic themed. The tribal faces on wall, the wooden chairs and the wall paintings are beautifully decorated. Coming to the food we tried: Tribal Menu - Bansa Pora Chicken: Marinated chicken stuffed in Bamboo (Must try) - Patra Pora: Marinated mutton keema stuffed in bamboo leaf (Must try) - Juhu Pisi Mutton Delicacy: Smoky mutton -Soru Chakli: Roti made of dust of rice, maida and egg - Bamboo Biryani Mutton (Must Try) Seafood Menu - Crab Shanghai ( Must try) - Mackerel Chili Mustard - Butter Garlic Octopus - Five Spice Prawns ( Definitely try this one ) Desserts - Fried Ice Cream Food can make anyone’s mood and if the food is good then fun is at another level. The quality of every food here is just awesome. So if you want to chill at some cosy place with delicious food then hop in at Santa’s Fantasea.

Oh my! Oh my! Oh my! This place have the most amazing and vast menu card. If you are a seafood lover then this place is a must visit. You can taste the authenticity of dishes. The bamboo mutton biriyani has a class of its own. Atmosphere is perfect for Lunch and dinner. You can go with friends , family and your lover ones.️ It was a great experience and really salt lake is a treasure of unexpected places.

We Treied -Crab Sanghai, Jhupu Pusi Mutton, Delicacy Mizoram, Bamboo Biryani Chicken, Bamboo Biryani Mutton, Five Spice Prawn and a lot more .... Each and Every item Was Fantastic

Well.. honestly.. food preparation is not soooooo good as we expected.. tribal bamboo fish preparation was just ok.. Other foods we ordered was also not so good which needs appreciation.. Last.. their desserts.. prepared with prawns and onions.. seems just market strategy to fool customers in buying them.. Overall an average show.. Not to visit again..
